Sporting Dreams is an idea, a mission, a platform for cause oriented action, a brand floated initially by New Age Systems Engineering & Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd., commonly referred to as NASECS. From its very inception, Sporting Dreams aimed to emerge as a platform to attract like-minded companies, to cooperate with them with the aim of promoting a sporting culture in India. The founders of this platform share the anguish of millions of Indians to watch India continuously perform far below its potential in most sporting disciplines.
At Sporting Dreams, we believe that access to sports should be one of the basic rights of every child all over the world. While this aspect has been well and truly integrated into the educational curriculum as well as the social value system in Europe, North America, Australia and Japan, all members of the OECD or closely allied nations. In Asia, countries like South Korea, China etc have also made spectacular progress in enabling their children and youth gain access to high quality sporting infrastructure. And, the performance of these countries in international sports truly reflects the monetary and social investments made by these countries.

India on the other hand continues to be a laggard in almost all kinds of sports except a few non-Olympic sports like Cricket and Kabaddi. This is a matter of great concern for all of India, especially for its youth who want to see flag of India fly high in international sports. Sporting Dreams wishes to contribute meaningfully to change this kind of sorry state of affairs in India.
While building and management of sports surfaces is the principal commercial activity of Sporting Dreams, what differentiates us from others lies in what we do with the money that we make. We have adopted a corporate policy which requires us to spend a relatively much larger share of our profits towards propagation of a sporting culture and towards nurturing the talents of promising sports talents, especially from socially & economically disadvantaged sections of our society. Our corporate social responsibility
goals are in that sense highly focused towards promoting a sporting culture in India.

Unlike the sports ventures floated by large corporate houses, we do not have a large endowment fund to finance our ambitions. That is why, for us, our business and our social commitments are intricately interlinked. We realized very early on that if the sporting fortunes of India are to be changed, then it is imperative that sporting talent from all over the country be given a chance to prosper and blossom; every young boy and girl must be given more than a fair chance to excel in his / her chosen sport.
RB Project Managers & Consultants, a reputed, two decades old company from South Africa, founded by Indian immigrants to South Africa, has agreed to be a partner of NASECS in this journey. It is a matter of great joy and pride for NASECS to join forces with an old, established and reputed international company like RB Projects. We believe that our understanding of Indian market and their understanding of international markets is a perfect combination that would really help us propel Sporting Dreams to dizzying heights both in business as well as in our social vision.
